Politique d’expédition

1. Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation.
Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email confirmation with tracking information.

Please note that processing times may be longer during high-demand periods or promotional campaigns.


2. Shipping Times

Delivery times vary depending on the destination:

  • Spain & EU countries: 1–5 business days after shipment

  • United Kingdom: 2–7 business days after shipment

  • Other countries: 10–15 business days after shipment

These are estimated delivery times. Delays may occur due to customs inspections, courier logistics, or unforeseen external factors (such as strikes, holidays, or severe weather).


3. Shipping Fees

Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address and order size.
In some cases, we offer free shipping promotions — these will be clearly stated on the product page or during checkout.


4. Order Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email containing your tracking number and a link to track your shipment online.
Tracking updates may take up to 48 hours to appear after the parcel has been handed to the courier.


5. Customs, Duties, and Taxes

International shipments may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, or additional fees depending on your country’s regulations.
These charges are the responsibility of the customer.
We recommend checking with your local customs office before placing an order.


6. Delivery Issues

If your tracking link shows “Delivered” but you have not received the package:

  • Please check with neighbors, your local post office, or the delivery service.

  • If the parcel cannot be located, contact our support team immediately.

We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages after they are marked as delivered by the carrier.


7. Incorrect Address

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information.
If you entered an incorrect or incomplete address and the order has already been shipped, we cannot change it.
Please double-check your details before completing your purchase.
